ESS Working On 5g

Supporting spectrum sharing groups will require new performance indicators that represent the combined performance of the group, or a combination of individual RAT performance indicators can be aggregated. Individual RAT performance indicators can still be used for the most part, but some may need modification to account for changes introduced by spectrum sharing groups. One new potential performance indicator is total duration of slots with DL PDSCH scheduling activity across the sharing group.

ESS :

Supporting spectrum sharing group will require a new type of performance data
that represents the union of the sharing group performance. At the same, it’s
possible to use a combination/aggregation of some individual RAT performance
indicators for that sharing group. In that scenario, we don’t have to introduce new
performance indicators and we could reuse existing ones by means of
aggregation. It’s a case by case basis.
Individual RAT has their own performance indicators, most of them can be used
as is but some needs to be modified to cater for the changes introduced by the
sharing group

pmPdschSchedActivity
Total duration of slots where there
is DL PDSCH scheduling activity in
the spectrum sharing group.
Stepped for each slot where there is
at least one SRB or DRB PDSCH
scheduling activity. Other
scheduling activities, such as
paging, SI, Msg2 or Msg4, have to
be excluded..
