Objectives must be met over the week and connected to the curriculum standards. To meet the objectives, necessary procedures
I. OBJECTIVES must be followed and if needed, additional lessons, exercises and remedial activities may be done for developing content knowledge
and competencies. These are using Formative Assessment strategies. Valuing objectives support the learning of content and
competencies and enable children to find significance and joy in learning the lessons. Weekly objectives shall be derived from the
curriculum guides.
A. Content Standards:  Preparing nail care tools and equipment
 Identifying types and uses of tools
 Discussing and demonstrating safe and unsafe condition of tools
 Using nail care tools and equipment
 Implementing safety procedures in using tools and equipment
 Using PPE
B. Performance Standards: 1. Tools and equipment are prepared based on salon procedure and policies.
2. Tools and equipment are identified and checked according to task requirements.
3. Tools and equipment are used according to task requirements.
4. Safety procedures in using tools and equipment are observed.
5. Sets of personal clothing equipment are used.
6. Malfunctions and unplanned or unusual events are reported to the supervisor.
