processes where forms are used to process a transaction.
3. Current technology in use pertains to the machines, computers and other
technological gadgets used by the company in its current operations.
4. Current operational used of technology pertains to the installations of the
technology and how it operates to process transactions.
5. Improvements pertain to your proposal regarding certain processes that
you wish to provide improvements.
6. Significance provides the reader the reason why your proposal should be
accepted.
7. Recommendation will lead the reader to a direction that you wish to follow
to continue with your proposal.
