19. What kind of funds transfer can I do in BRAC Bank Internet Banking?
You can transfer funds between your own BRAC Bank account to another BRAC Bank account or
other bank accounts.
20. Can I Transfer Funds to other bank through BRAC Bank Internet Banking?
Yes, you can transfer funds to other bank account through NPSB or BEFTN.

Add Beneficiary means pre-registering the account details before the fund transfer/bill
payment process.
27. When will the funds be available in the receiving account after I do fund transfer within
BRAC Bank?
Fund Transfer within BRAC Bank will take effect right after the transaction.
28. When will the funds be available in the receiving account after I do fund transfer within
other banks in Bangladesh?
In NPSB account transfer funds will be immediately transferred to the receiving account. But in
BEFTN account transfer it may take some time.

30. Can you reverse a transaction if you have made a wrong transaction?
As per the Terms & Conditions of Internet Banking, each and every transaction is actually made by the
Customer and he/she has agreed to the condition that BRAC Bank doesn’t reserve any right to reverse
Transfer from any beneficiary account. Customer conducts all transactions at his/her own risk.
However, if any anomaly occurs, then the customer is requested to notify the bank immediately through any

31. Can you transfer funds from BDT account to Foreign Currency (FCY) account or vice versa? If so how?
No. At this time, fund transfer from BDT account to FCY account or vice versa is not allowed.
32. To make fund transfer and payments secured, can you offer 2nd Factor Authentication (2FA)?
Yes, We have offer 2nd Factor Authentication (2FA) that is SMS OTP and it is absolutely Free of Cost.
No. Only if a customer intends to avail Internet Banking services, he/she can register by following the
Internet Banking registration process. However, if a user has internet connection, we highly recommend
the usage of internet banking as it simplifies one’s banking experience and minimizes the hassle of
