Assignment 3 PDF

This document contains 6 questions related to designing digital filters using bilinear transformation and impulse invariance methods. The questions ask the student to: 1) Design a single pole low-pass filter with a 3dB bandwidth of 0.2π using bilinear transformation. 2) Obtain the system function of a digital filter from a given analog filter function using bilinear transformation where the digital filter is resonant at ωr = π/2. 3) Design a second order Butterworth bandpass filter between 300Hz to 500Hz using bilinear transformation.
