ACTIVITIES ON DAY 1 IN FURNISHING SHOP


 ATTENDANCE OF STAFF:
Nos. of staff present in SHIFT A = 196
Nos. of staff present in SHIFT B = 107
 THERMAL SCREENING:
A total of 196 staff in SHIFT A and 107 staff in SHIFT B were thermally
screened at 03 booths. All had average normal temperature of 98.4
degrees.
 AVAILABILITY OF MASKS:
Face mask has already been made available to each Railway employee
and all were seen wearing the same. Also, 1000 no. of Face shields have
been indented by the furnishing shop which form a better protective
gear.
 AVAILABILITY OF SANITISER:
Sanitiser has been made available to the section in-charges and they are
in the process of distributing to the other staff reporting to them.
 SOCIAL DISTANCING CIRCLES IN SHOP AREA:
The process of marking of circles in the traverser area, which is supposed
to be the entry and exit point, is already complete. Also, the circles have
already been marked besides line no. 10 where the designated coaches
to be made in the first few days are to be made.
 COUNSELLING OF COVID RESPONSE TEAM:
The COVID RESPONSE TEAM counselled all the staff regarding the norms
of social distancing, maintaining personal hygiene, using of foot-
operated taps which have been newly installed, parking of vehicles and
downloading of AAROGYA SETU apps.

 PARKING OF VEHICLES:
The vehicles were parked by the staff in the designated areas while also
maintaining the norms of distancing.

 AROGYA SETU APP: It was found to be installed in the smart phones of


all of the staff present except 5 of them because these people did not
have smart phones. They have also been counselled to buy the smart
phones asap and install the Arogya setu app.
 COACHES IDENTIFIED: The supervisors and staff got to know the coaches
nominated to them which are to be made till 17th May.
 The COVID RESPONSE TEAM had ensured that the blockades were in
place so as to ensure that the access is only limited to the points
nominated as entry/exit points. Area was completely cordoned off so
that the access is limited to only the furnishing staff.
 The clarification and formal guidelines regarding the supply and apply
contracts has been sought from the Planning department.
 The COVID RESPONSE TEAM raised the no. of booths to 03.
 L3T – 1421, 1422,1423,1424 emergency cable box fitting was done.
 L3T-1421,1423,1424,LSCN 1574Train pipe bracket fitting was done.
