Important Instructions to the Candidates


1. Candidate must bring admit card at the Test Center along with a colored passport size photograph (same as uploaded in the application form) and
original photo ID proof viz. Office/Student ID, Passport, Voter ID Card, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving License for verification. No candidate
shall be permitted in the test center without a valid admit card and photo ID proof.
2. Candidates are advised to preserve a copy of admit card till the declaration of result.
3. Candidates are advised to adhere to the time of reporting mentioned in the Admit Card. However, no candidate will be allowed to enter the
test center after gate closure time of test i.e. 1:30 PM. The test time will be over at 5.00 PM. No extra time will be allowed.
4. Candidates will not be allowed to leave the test center before 5:00 PM.
5. Any candidate, who is found copying/receiving/giving assistance or using unfair means during the test, will be disqualified. Violation of any
instructions and adoption of any unfair means in the test shall render a candidate liable for cancellation of his/her candidature and forfeit his/her
claims for selection. Decision of the competent authority shall be final and binding.
6. Use of Calculators, Log Tables, PDA and Mobile Phones is NOT permitted. However, on-screen scientific calculator will be provided.
7. Candidates have to make their own arrangements to reach the test center. No TA/DA or any kind of allowance will be paid for appearing in the test.

8. Candidates may bring their own pen for rough work. The scratch paper/ rough sheets will be provided for rough work. On completion of the test,
candidates will have to return the scratch papers/ rough sheets to the invigilator(s).
9. Request for change of test center will not be entertained.
10. Issue of this Admit Card does not necessarily mean acceptance of eligibility which will be further scrutinized at subsequent stages of
selection.
11. Password for the online test will be provided to the candidate 10 minutes before the commencement of the test.
12. In order to familiarize with the Computer Based test, candidates are advised to go through the demo link provided at https://rcb.res.in/BET2020
(mock test).
13. The details printed on this admit card must be checked by the candidate. In case of any misprinting/error in the admit card, the candidate is
advised to write an email to helpdesk (email id: [email protected] ) within two days of the receipt of this card.
14. Candidate appearing in the Computer based test should, in their own interest, check their eligibility in all respects so as to avoid cancellation of
candidature at any stage of selection process.
15. Your candidature for this test is “PURELY PROVISIONAL” pending detailed scrutiny of your fulfilling the eligibility conditions for the test as per
the advertisement. In the event of any information or part of it being found false or incorrect or incomplete before or after the test or selection,
appropriate action will be taken against you and your candidature/selection may be cancelled.
16. Reporting time slot will be communicated two day before the examination. You need to strictly adhere to your time slot.
17. There will be a provision of Image capture using Webcam. Appropriate action will be taken against the candidate(s) in the event of impersonation
established.

Social Distancing and Safety Guidelines

1. Entry of candidates will be given as per Time Slot to maintain Social Distancing at the Centre.
2. Temperature of a candidates will be checked at the entry to the exam venue via a Thermo Gun. Only those candidates will be allowed inside the
exam venue whose temperature is within the acceptability limits as approved by competent authorities.
3. Mapping of 'Candidate Roll Number and the Lab Number' will NOT be displayed outside the exam venue, but the same will be provided to the
candidates individually at the time of entry of the candidate to the exam venue and post their Admit Card and ID verification.
4. Candidates needs to follow directions given by representatives & need to stand in circles draw at the entry points.
5. At registration desk, the candidate will be directed to sanitize his / her hands using provided sanitizer. Photograph will be captured during the
registration process.
6. Candidates will be under CCTV coverage throughout the exam procedure.
7. Candidates must maintain social distancing starting from point of entry in the exam venue till his/her exit from the exam venue.
8. Candidate must bring their own Mask, Gloves, personal hand sanitizer (50ml), transparent water Bottle, a simple pen and the exam
related documents (Admit Card, ID Card etc.). No other items will be permitted inside exam venue.
9. A candidate must have Aarogya Setu App installed on his mobile phone. The Aarogya Setu dashboard must show candidate's risk
factor. A candidate will have to show this dashboard to the Security Guard at the entry into the exam venue. THIS IS MANDATORY. In
case a candidate does not have a smart phone, he/she will have to bring in a signed declaration to this effect (declaration is provided
along with this Admit Card) and show the same to the Security Guard at the entry into the exam venue.
10. Candidates showing COVID symptoms WILL NOT be allowed entry into the exam venue.
