Due to its elegant and ergonomic design, Rooftop units are the most ideal
air treatment units for shopping malls, warehouses, offices, cinemas and
large spaces . Its compact design perfectly suits all types of places in
terms of decoration. BSC and ECO types offer smart air conditioning
solutions to the customers.

Freecooling
Irreplaceable air treatment units of big volume places, the rooftop air conditioners
are reinterpreted according to the requirements of our modern era. URTP model
rooftop air conditions are designed as two main ranges:

• Package type BSC range responds basic unit requirements and package
type ECO range based on energy saving.

• Both ranges offer wide solution alternatives for users with only cooling or
heat pump options.

Air Control
• Outstanding air flow control due to inverter control silent plug fan.
• Three different external static pressure option.
• Manual fresh air damper control (BSC)

Roof Curbs
It offers solutions for all kinds of construction problems with its different
connection equipment. Due to this specification, unit can be adapted without
making ancy changes or modifications in the construction. Axial fan/ without
axial fan, bottom inlet- bottom outlet connections. In addition to all these, the
unit also offers automatically controlled fresh air and exhausts air damper as
well as fresh air and exhaust air rain resistant solutions.

Heating & Cooling

Eco-friendly R-410A refrigerant gas is used in the unit. The unit offers two
independent gas circuits with “Cooling Only” and “Heat Pump” options. These
asymmetrically designed circuits allow 3 steps capacity control [055-230]. Larger
capacity units, there is 4 steps capacity control with tandem connection [280-460].
Three alternatives are offered for heating, namely “Natural Gas Heating
(condensed and modulated)”, “Electric Heater (multi-phased)” and “Hot Water”. All
problems are solved and due to whole heating solutions, all heating problems are
responded.

Fans
Inverter controlled silent plug fans are used in inside air part. This specification
offers different outside unit static pressure options by conducting flow control.
Meanwhile, high energy efficiency, silent version axial fans are used for outside unit
condenser cooling. This part is specially designed and submerged in the unit. High
capacity plug fans used in ventilators eliminates the necessity of aspirator fans
needed in the classical systems. For fresh air, “power exhaust fan” option is
available for undesired positive pressure situations.

Economizer (Free Cooling)

ECO range of URTP units offers “Thermic” or “Entalphy” control
options that allows energy efficiency and reduce noise pollution by
average outside air support during mid-seasons. As an option, “Return
Fan” or “Support Exhaust Fan” choices are offered.
