Summary of Video

Ok so this month I want you to get used to:-
1) Drinking 2 litres of water everyday.
2) Eating the amount of protein necessary to equal your
bodyweight in pounds (lbs).

As well as continuing with your Stage 1 stretches and
Stage 2 hanging from last month.

So3In the next 30 days you will be doing:-

1) All the stretches from Stage 1.
2) Plus 6 minutes of hanging from Stage 2.
3) Drinking 2 litres of water everyday.
4) Eating the amount of protein necessary to equal your
bodyweight in pounds (lbs).

Ok so3you need to start drinking at least 2 litres of water
everyday. It doesn’t matter whether you buy it in a 2 litre
bottle as in the video or just use a measuring jug.

You should drink the water periodically throughout the day


until it is finished. Remember you can use the water from
the bottle or measuring jug for other water based items
like tea/coffee/juice/cordial/pre-workout or even to mix with
your protein shake/porridge oats. Basically any drink or
food that requires water you can use your 2 litres for.

Also it doesn’t matter how little or how often you drink the
water. Just, as long as you drink 2 litres every 24 hours3
You may find that you tend to drink more around a period
where you are exercising for example3

Ok secondly I need you to workout what your body weight


is in pounds (lbs)

1 Stone is equal to 14 pounds


1 Kilogram is equal to roughly 2.2 pounds

Once you know how much you weigh in pounds I need


you to eat that amount of protein in grams3For

I’m roughly about 220 pounds


So I need 220 grams of protein per day

To find out a foods protein content simply look at the
nutritional information on the packaging and workout how
much protein you are getting from it.

You will no doubt eat similar foods everyday so to save
time maybe consider writing down the amounts of protein
in meals that you have on a regular basis3so that when
your doing your daily totals you can work them out faster.

If you are restricted by certain foods then you may need to
shop around for foods that contain protein. From looking
at the nutritional information on the packages you will be
able to find plenty of alternatives if you are struggling.
