NU SIGN UP PROMOTION

PROMOTION PERIOD
Nu Skin (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (“Nu Skin”)’s “Nu Sign Up Promotion” (“Promotion”) shall
commence from 1st February 2020 to 31st December 2020 (“Promotion Period”).

PROMOTION
The following sets out the terms and conditions applicable to the Promotion.

ELIGIBILITY

This Promotion is open for participation to all Nu Skin’s Brand Affiliates only (“Brand Affiliates”).

PROMOTION MECHANICS

1. New Brand Affiliates who signed up during the Promotion Period will be entitled to
receive three (3) Promotion Codes worth RM60 each.
2. The Promo Code will be issued to the Brand Affiliates via email in the following month
after the signed-up month for three (3) consecutive months, each on the first week of
every month.
3. Promo Code can be used for online purchase via Nu Skin’s website at
www.nuskin.com.my and walk-in at Nu Skin Experience Center in Malaysia.
4. Each Promo Code can only be used on purchase of Nu Skin products worth RM350 or
above in a single receipt (excluding sales aids) on the same month the Promo Code is
issued. For the avoidance of doubt, each Promo Code is only valid for one (1) month.
5. The Promo Code can only be used after submission of NRIC copy and Seller Agreement to
Nu Skin.
6. The Promo Code can only be used in the specific month. Unused Promo Code will be
forfeited.
7. Reduced PSV will be given to special priced items.
8. The Promo Code is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash. The Promo Code
cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers, promotions, discounts, privileges,
unless otherwise stated.
9. All request for refunds in relation to the Promotion are subject to Nu Skin’s refund policy
in accordance with the Policies and Procedures of Nu Skin.
10. The Brand Affiliates may return the products purchased as long as these products are
unopened and resalable.
11. Other terms and conditions in relation to product refunds and exchanges shall be
governed by and construed in accordance with the provisions set out in the Policies and
Procedures of Nu Skin.
GENERAL

12. By participating in this Promotion, the Brand Affiliates agree:


a) to have read, understood and to be bound by the T&Cs herein, the Policies and
Procedures, the Seller Agreement and International Sponsor Agreement and the
Resident Market Product Purchase Agreement;
b) that Nu Skin’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final,
conclusive and binding on all Brand Affiliates and no further enquiries,
correspondence and/or appeal, in written or verbal to dispute Nu Skin’s decision shall
be entertained.
c) to access Nu Skin’s website at www.nuskin.com.my at regular time intervals to view
the T&Cs herein and ensure to be kept up-to-date on any changes or variations to the
T&Cs;
13. Nu Skin reserves the right:
a) To add, delete, suspend or vary the T&Cs contained herein, either wholly or in part,
including but not limited to substituting the Promo Code with other offer or product
of similar value at its absolute discretion without any prior notice;
b) To disqualify at its absolute discretion any Brand Affiliates from participating in this
Promotion for any reason whatsoever; and
c) To terminate or suspend this Promotion at its absolute discretion without any prior
notice.
14. The T&Cs herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Malaysia and the agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
