Methodology of the Study

Waterfall Model
1. Requirements – the first step needs the gathering of data. If this will be

done inaccurately, there is little chance that the solution to the problem will

be formulated. This is the stage where solutions will be identified to what

is needed to be done to the system. The researchers will gather

information here, like interviewing the client, study the nature of business

that needs the system and other information that researchers think will

help in developing the system.

2. Design - this phase discusses all the activities involved in conceptualizing,

framing, implementing, and modifying complex systems. This will serve as

a "blueprint" for the researchers and developers to implement their

system.

3. Execution - in this phase, the researcher will implement the design or

model being used for the system. Execution covers all the processes in

getting new software operating properly, including installation, and running

the system. So in this step the system is already developed and installed.

4. Testing – At this phase, the whole design and its construction is put

under a test to check its functionality. If there are any errors then they will

surface at this point of the process.

5. Release– Once the developers are done with running, testing and

implementing the system, it will be now released and introduced to the

clients or end-users as a finished product.
