Condonation Guidelines

Students can apply for condonation for classes missed between September 1st and October 20th 2019 for Tathva works by filling out a Google form with their name, roll number, subjects, and dates of absence before November 1st. Once approved by the Tathva convener and Dean, students must apply for further approval from their HOD on November 2nd using the latest condonation form from the photostat center. The final condonation list will be published on November 6th.

GUIDELINES - Tathva condonation

 Condonation can be availed for classes missed during the period of 1st September to 20th
Of October 2019, for Tathva works.

 Details to be provided for condonation: Name, Roll no, Subjects with date of absence.
Google form link is given below :
 Anyone who wishes to apply for Tathva condonation should enter the details in the
google form provided by branch representatives before 9pm on 01/11/2019 (Friday). No
names will be accepted after this for Tathva condonation. Google Form link is given
below:

 Once the Tathva condonation is approved by the Tathva convener and Dean SW, students
are required to apply for condonation to HOD on 2nd November.
i. Fill the latest application for condonation form available at the Institute Photostat
Centers.
ii. Approved condonation list will be made available in the Institute Photostat
centers, take a copy of letter of approval and the page in the approved
condonation list that contains your name.
iii. The procedure is complete once you get it approved by your FA, course faculty
and HOD.
iv. The final condonation list will be published in respective departments on 6th
November, 2019.
