General Instruction: 

Given the tools and materials and equipment you should be able to
repair the motherboard with the maximum time of 1hour and
30minutes.

Specific Instruction:
1. Check the power supply.
2. Remove motherboard from case.
3. Check and clean the memory.
4. Remove the CMOS Battery from the slot and turn on the
computer and return the CMOS Battery into slot.
5. Check and clean the heat sink fan.
