    A Deutz-Fahr tractor was having issues raising a rotorvator implement high enough. The hydraulic lever would reach the end of its motion but the rotorvator was still too low. The technician adjusted the top link, lower link, stabilizer, and leveling box to raise the rotorvator higher. This allowed the rotorvator to reach the proper height so it would not touch the ground when driving the tractor.

    Rolarvator implement install to the Deutz -Fahr farm tractor.

    Problem/ Complaint
    The hydraulic lever push to the end when it raise to the up by using linkage but rotorvator is not yet high to
    the target.

    Symptom

    Troubleshooting /Service Step

    Tractor is connect with rolarvator by using 3 points linkage. And then, tractor and rolarvator of each shafts
    was connect by using PTO shaft. We can start the engine. PTO switch is ON. Rear PTO speed selector lever is
    1000rpm. Rolarvator rasie when hydraulic control lever push to the end. But rolarvator is not get high to the target.
    We need the rolarvator is highest point because when we drive the tractor the implement rolarvator can touch the
    ground. So, we need the adjust top link and lower link. We adjusted the stabliser to the end. Stabliser is too long. And
    then, we adjusted the leveling box too short in the adjustable tie rod. We adjusted the top link. Firstly, we loose the
    wing nut and we tightened the sleeve. And then, we tightened the wing nut. We operated the hydraulic system.
    Hydraulic control lever push to the end, rolarvator is highest point. So, when we drive the tractor the implement
    rolarvator can’t touch the ground. It was ok.
