    UNDERTAKING

    Whereas, I/we have proposed to take on Lease entire building constructed on Plot no. # 266,
    Sector – 06, admeasuring 1800 Sq.Mtr. in the Industrial Estate IMT Manesar, Distt. Gurugram,
    Haryana allotted to Mr. Mohit Sat Kumar resident of R-1, NDSE, Part – II, New Delhi - 110049
    by M/s Haryana State Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited having its
    registered office at C-14&14, Sector – 06, Panchkula, Haryana (hereinafter referred to as
    “Corporation”) vide its Regular Letter of Allotment ref. no. HSIDC 9056 dated 30.05.2000 in my
    favour.

    Whereas, we proposed to set up a project to Manufacture Tissue Papers and HouseKeeping


    Fluids in the premises of said plot. Which falls under Industrial / IT-ITES enabled services.

    Now, I Rajesh Gupta Director of M/s Mystair Hygiene Care Pvt. Ltd., having its registered
    office at 194, DDA Flats, Sector – 23, Phase – I, Pocket – I, Dwarka, New Delhi – 110075, do
    hereby undertake as follows:

     That the Plot-Premises shall be used by the ourself only for the approved Industrial
    Activity and not for any other non-industrial activity.

    That if I fails in observing the above condition(s) then the Corporation shall be at liberty to
    cancel the Leasing approval and take any action as per terms and conditions of allotment and
    agreement signed with the allottee including disconnection of water and sewer facilities and
    taking over the demised premises without prejudice to all other rights of the Corporation.
