Assistant Professor (Temporary/Adhoc) Position

Applications are invited from the eligible candidates having


qualifications and experience for adhoc/temporary faculty position for
the following disciplines:
1. Civil Engineering
2. Electronics and Communication Engineering
3. Computer Science and Engineering
4. Mechanical Engineering
5. Mathematics

Candidates are required to send a copy of filled Application form in the prescribed format
(copy available on Institute website) along with the scanned copy of certificates to
[email protected] on or before 10th December 2019. Candidates selected for
interview have to bring original certificates at the time of interview for document
verification. All the shortlisted candidates are required to appear in person for the
presentation /personal interview.

Interview date and venue will be communicated to the shortlisted candidates through email.
Kindly note that the Institute is operating from a temporary campus at Ravangla, situated at
an altitude of 2100 meters. The terrain is hilly and the weather remains cold and wet
throughout the year. Moreover, there is very limited infrastructure within the present
campus. Accommodation may not be provided to selected candidates.

Minimum essential qualification


1. Engineering Department: B. Tech and M. Tech. first class (preference will be given to Ph.D.
or Ph.D. submitted candidates).

2. Mathematics Department: Minimum 55% in all preceding degrees with PhD (awarded/
thesis submitted)
