reward will be credited to the account whose referral code has been used for conversion. This
amount cannot be transferred between different accounts.

 How do I refer my friends?


Once you get your own unique referral code, you can circulate it to your friends using features of
your device like, email, SMS, WhatsApp or social media like Facebook, Google+, Linkedin etc.
Your friends then need to apply for IDFC Bank products using this referral code.

 Are all IDFC Bank products eligible for rewards?

In the event that your friend does not use your referral code or uses incorrect code, no credit will
be given to you.

If your friend uses referral code of some other person, the last referral code used will get the
credit.

 What if a person applies twice using 2 different referral codes?


If a person applies twice using 2 different referral codes, the last referral code will get the credit.

 Where can I view the status of all my referrals?


You can view only the names of people who have successfully opened IDFC Bank products using
your referral codes. This information is available in your dashboard.

 Is the status of my referrals updated on a real-time basis?


No, post successful conversion it will take 7 working days for status to be updated & referral
benefit to be credited.

 Can I refer my friends/family for any IDFC Bank product?


Of course you can. But the rewards are currently available only for selected products. Products

One your referral opens IDFC Bank product, it will take us 7 working days to update the credit
into your account.

 How much time will it take to get the referral reward post redemption?
Once you redeem your referral credit it will take roughly 7 working days for e-vouchers & 15
working days for a merchandise product to be dispatched from our warehouse.

 How many people can I refer in one go?


There is no limit on the number of people that can be referred through referral program. Refer
more, get more!

 Can I transfer referral reward from one account to another?


No reward credit cannot be transferred across accounts, even if they belong to the same person.

 What is the validity of referral reward points?


There is no limit on time limit validity on referral credit, they will continue to hold good till the
program is functional.

 How much referral credit I can accumulate in my account?


You can accumulate up to 10,000/- referral credit in your account.
