First and foremost I would like to thanks Almighty Allah for giving me
the strength to complete the project which was assigned to me by my
respected teacher Sir Arsalan Hashmi. This report could not have been
completed without his guidance. I would also like to thanks all my
seniors who assisted me on gathering the data needed to make a proper
business plan.

Executive Summary
The Title of the Business is "Fresh Water". This business is the
collaboration of three partners . The funds will be directly invested by
the partners with a total investment of 1 million estimated. This is the
Product base business. This is the 5 years Business Plan for the company
which can be vary in the future according to the situation. The area
which we have considered is Maymar. Our target market is for all
human being, who cannot afford healthy & pure water.
we are in business to make profit and at the same time to provide our
customers their value of money

Introduction
The introduction of this business is to treat hard water to usable extent.
The idea to purify this water is to fulfill customer's daily needs. This is
the 5 years business plan for the company which can be vary in the
future according to the situation.
Statement Of Financial Needs
By the collaboration of all partners we have started our business with
Rs. 1.5 million each partner has invested Rs. 0.5 million and all are
active partners.
Our cost will be:
- RO Plant (certified by PSQCA) Rs. 0.5 million
- Licensing cost Rs. 20,000
- Transportation cost
- Labor cost
- Marketing cost (approx. 1 lac)
- Packaging cost

our vision is to provide pure, safe and healthy water that satisfies the
product, service, and delivery needs of our customers.

To provide excellent customer service and to offer the highest quality
water treatment available.

Business Strategy
Our initial business strategy is to satisfy our customer with value product
at affordable price and to create our brand name. We will market
oriented price strategy. Price are set on the market research. Price will be
set according to the gentry of the area.

Process of RO Plant
Reverse Osmosis is a process in which dissolved inorganic solids
(such as salts) are removed from a solution (such as water). This
is accomplished by household water pressure pushing the tap
water through a semipermeable membrane.

provide customers with excellent service. Services include: free
delivery.

Our target market is specially the houses which are situated at Maymar
and its surroundings.

Our products are positioned on the basis of “Price Leadership Strategy”
in which we grab the attention by giving attractive prices to customers
and also giving them chance to give their feedback.

Our products are easily available on the main outlet of the Fresh Water
which is situated in Maymar and by our home delivery service the
product is available at the door step of the customer.

We also take care after post purchase in terms of feedback.

Conclusion
This is the Business Plan for the Fresh Water. The market is full of water
suppliers and competitors and all are doing good. Water has been a basic
necessity for human life and our aim is to provide this basic necessity in
the best possible ways to our customers.
