2013.2015I have carried out BTS Site Acquisition services and managed Four (4) out of 14
GOTv -Multichoice-South Africa Boosters/Masts in Uganda and Rwanda right
from acquiring Space to construction and completion Levels. The Sites I have
acquired and fully Managed are;
. I have also carried out BTS SITE ACQUISITION services for MTN (U) Ltd & Airtel
Uganda Ltd in a Period between 2012-2014; I have acquired 97 and 176 Sites for MTN and
Airtel Respectively in different Parts of Uganda.
- Maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies; negotiating and enforcing
leases; maintaining and securing premises.
- Establishing rental rate by surveying local rental rates; calculating overhead costs,
depreciation, taxes, and profit goals.
-Accomplishing organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different
requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

- Executing Sales and Marketing functions of the company and ensuring that the
company’s sales and acquisition services and processes are well carried out, adequate for
effective implementation of the planned activities, expedited and satisfactorily accounted

- Assisting Head of Dept in putting in place, effective, sound and up-to-date
management policies, systems, regulations and agreed procedures of the company

time as would be advised by my supervisor
- Deliver all company correspondences with clients and ensure that all the mails are
responded to immediately
- Prepare weekly reports on operations of the company activities handled by me
especially on their performance
- Assist the Administrative Assistant with day to day running of the office like making
errands, delivering and collecting mails, photocopying and banking.
- Crosscheck that all projects documentation and registration process are proper before
submitting them to clients.
- Maintain effective and efficient working relationship with the company clients
- Implement company plans aimed at meeting operation goals and service objectives
and recommend any likely problem
- Submit regular and timely BTS site acquisition reports to projects coordinator before
they are submitted to Clients
- Ensure regular reporting and monitoring of sales agreements processes and ensuring
their timely execution.
- Any other duty as may be assigned.
