2013.2015I have carried out BTS Site Acquisition services and managed Four (4) out of 14
GOTv -Multichoice-South Africa Boosters/Masts in Uganda and Rwanda right
from acquiring Space to construction and completion Levels. The Sites I have
acquired and fully Managed are;

1- Laroo Village Site Located in Gulu District


2- Nkokonjeru Site Located in Mbarara District
3- Rebero Site Located in Kigali- Rwanda
4- Jali Site Located in Kigali Rwanda.
Some of the Tasks I had on the above Project were;
a. Field working and identifying suitable space (Looftop/Greenfireld) suitable for
Boosters ‘build.
b. Identifying the Rightful Owner and engaging him /her with all necessary Relatives into
an agreement through interactions and bargaining.
c. Involving the Local Council Members/community in a Bid to find out any would be
disputes and acquiring recommendation Letters
d. Carrying out Title Searches with Lands Ministry, if Land identified is either
Freehold,Leasehold,MailoLand,Customary (Tenure system)thereby knowing whether
free of encumbrance or not..
e. Engaging with Environmental Impact Assessment Firms in a Bid to acquire Clearance
from Civil Aviation Authority.
f. Recruiting some site Engineers and Casual Workers and paying their allowances plus
any other necessary payments
g. Responsible for Supervision and all Logistics and Procurement during Site
Construction till its completion Stage

. I have also carried out BTS SITE ACQUISITION services for MTN (U) Ltd & Airtel
Uganda Ltd in a Period between 2012-2014; I have acquired 97 and 176 Sites for MTN and
Airtel Respectively in different Parts of Uganda.

- Maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies; negotiating and enforcing
leases; maintaining and securing premises.
