Downloading Azure (Step-by-step procedure)

Step 1: Make sure you have the Windows Version 1809 (Windows version 17763.0) or higher to
proceed.
The easiest way to check is to Right-click the Start Menu or Windows Logo on your screen and click
System.

Step 2: Look for Version under Windows specifications to confirm that you have the version 1809 or
higher:
Step 3: If your Windows version is 1803 or lower, you will need to perform a Windows update before you can
proceed. If your version is lower, proceed in installing Windows updates.
If you have version 1809 or higher, Please  proceed to next step.

Step 4:  Once the Updates have finished installing you may proceed with downloading the Azure VPN Client, 
 
To do so, open the Microsoft Store from the start menu: 
 
Step 5:    Search for Azure VPN Client in the search box at the top of the screen. 

Step 6:    Click install. You may be asked to sign in using your Windows credentials. This should not prevent you
from installing and utilizing the application so you can cancel the sign in option and proceed with installation.
Azure Configuration Steps
Since you were able to install Azure properly, I need your help in testing your access first.

Step 1: Download the XML file from this link: https://bit.ly/2VPp002

Note: Take note of where the file was downloaded to.

Step 2: Go to your Windows Settings and type "Access" then click Access work or school.
Step 3:  Click Access work or school

Step 4: Click Connect. For your email address, use your Alorica email AND PASSWORD

Note: Since it's the first time for you to sign in, Microsoft might ask you to verify yourself. Choose the
option to verify yourself using a verification code via text message.

Step 5:  Launch Azure application and click "+" sign on the lower left side:
Step 6: Choose "Import"

Step 7: Look for the location of the XML File and click "Open"
Step 8: Save the configuration
Step 9: Click "Connect" on the upper left portion of Azure.

Step 10: Choose your Alorica email and click Continue
