    TRAINING AGREEMENT

    This Training Agreement is entered into by and between Iloilo Grand Emperor Builders Corporation,

    with

    an office address at Overton Building, Luna St, Lapaz, Iloilo City

    AND___________________________(TRAINEE), with an address of

    _______________________________, collectively the parties.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    a. Trainee is to be trained by a designated company employee for the position of “Office Staff”;

    b. Training sessions will last for a minimum of 3 days but shall not exceed 7 days;

    c. Trainer will create an exercise program geared to trainee’s fitness level and experience in order to meet
    Company’s objectives;

    d. Trainee agrees to inform Company and Trainer of any and all conditions, medical or otherwise, that may
    affect his/her ability to participate in Training Sessions;

    e. Trainee shall receive 75% of (P395) the basic wage per day (P296.25).

     This Contract is legal and binding between the Parties as stated above.

    BY SIGNING BELOW, THE CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES HAVING READ AND UNDERSTOOD


    THIS CONTRACT AND THAT THE CLIENT IS SATISFIED WITH THE TERMS AND
    CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN THIS CONTRACT.

    The Parties agree to the terms and conditions set forth above as demonstrated by their signatures as follows:
