The Malaysian Society of Agricultural and Food Engineers invites students from Southeast Asian universities to participate in the 6th Southeast Asian Agricultural Engineering Student Chapter Annual Regional Convention 2020, which will now be held virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The convention will be hosted by the Universitas Brawijaya in Indonesia from June 8th to July 22nd 2020. Students can register online and submit papers, videos, or posters for competitions. The goal is to strengthen regional relations among agricultural engineering students.

The above mentioned matter is referred. Due to the global pandemic of COVID-19, the
organiser has decided that ARC2020 will be conducted virtually.

2. On behalf of the organising committee, Malaysian Society of Agricultural and Food


Engineers is greatly honors to invite students (postgraduates or undergraduates) from
your institution to join 6th SOUTHEAST ASIAN AGRICULTURAL ENGINEERING
STUDENT CHAPTER ANNUAL REGIONAL CONVENTION 2020 as the following
details:

DATE OF SUBMISSION/REGISTRATION : 8 JUNE TO 22 JULY 2020


FEES : 15 USD/Student (International)
IDR 150K/Student (Local)

3. This programme will be hosted by Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Universitas


Brawijaya, Indonesia. The programme is the annual activity of the Agricultural Engineering
Student Club (AE-SC). The participants' targets are students from Southeast Asia
including Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines and others. Please find the
attachments of ARC2020 guidelines for your perusal. The programme includes paper,
video of an innovation and poster competition.

information to be submitted via email ([email protected]) by July 22, 2020. Any
