Grade 3 Module Without Header Day 3
REMINDER: The learner may need the help or assistance of someone in the family (parent/guardian
or older siblings) who may read, explain, illustrate the instructions and explain the discussions in
each activity. If the instructions have been made clear, the learner should work independently on
the activities.
I. Let Us Connect
In your last lesson, you learned about words that describe nouns or words that
describe people, places, animals and things. These words are called ADJECTIVES.
You were also asked to give examples of adjectives and the words they describe.
In the next activities your will have, you will practice writing sentences using
adjectives.

3. The (yellow and brown, pink and blue) cake seems

5. The kids are (thankful, thankless) to Ben.

The group of words in in each item in your activity are called sentences.
They have people, places, things that are described using adjectives.
For example in the sentence:

Young and happy are the words that describe Jen, Jojo and Ana.
