    CHATTEL MORTGAGE

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    This DEED OF TRANSFER OF RIGHTS WITH ASSUMPTION OF CHATTEL


    MORTGAGE, made and executed by, __________________________________________,
    Filipino, of legal age, single/married and with residence and postal address at _____________,
    hereinafter called the MORTGAGOR, in favor of, _________________________________,
    Filipino, of legal age, single and with residence and postal address at _______________,
    hereinafter called the MORTGAGEE,

    WITNESSETH :

    That the MORTGAGOR does hereby convey by way of assumption of chattel mortgage
    unto the MORTGAGEE the following described motor vehicle and presently in the possession of
    the said MORTGAGOR, to wit:

    That this DEED OF SALE WITH ASSUMPTION OF CHATTEL MORTGAGE is given


    as security for the payment to the MORTGAGEE, of the total amount of SIX HUNDRED
    EIGHTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php685,000.00). The Mortgagee paid the amount of
    EIGHTY EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS (Php 88,000.00) to the MORTGAGOR and shall
    pay the balance of EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY THREE THOUSAND EIGHT
    HUNDRED EIGHTY PESOS (Php833,880.00) to Eastwest Bank. starting on August 25,
    2011 up to July 25, 2016, in the amount of THIRTEEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED
    NINETY EIGHT PESOS (Php 13,898.00) a month.

    That the condition of this DEED OF TRANSFER OF RIGHTS WITH


    ASSUMPTION OF CHATTEL MORTGAGE is such that if the said MORTGAGOR, her
    heirs, executors, or administrators shall well and truly perform the full obligation above stated
    according to the terms thereof, then this DEED OF TRANSFER OF RIGHTS WITH
    ASSUMPTION OF CHATTEL MORTGAGE shall be null and void, otherwise, it shall
    remain in full force and effect and shall be enforceable in the manner provided for by law.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have signed their names unto this
    document this 16th day of August 2011 in Muntinlupa City, Philippines.
