Ingredients
4 cups plain flour
5 teaspoons yeast
1 half cup sugar
2 cups luke warm water
1 litre coconut milk squeezed out of freshly scraped or grated coconuts
Method
In the mixing bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, yeast and sugar
Pour 2 cups luke warm water with the dry ingredients and mix them
together
Knead into a dough until it is smooth and fluffy
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and cut in half
Continue cutting dough until you have 20 equal sized pieces.
Roll dough into balls and transfer to a greased large pot.
Cover with a tea towel and let them sit in a warm, draft-free room 30
minutes until puffed
Pour the coconut milk into the pot until it is leveled with the rolled
dough.
Cook in medium heat for twenty minutes.
