PHILOSOPHY OF EDUCATION
In my experience as an educator, I can say that a truly have a passion for working with
students. It is my utmost desire to teach each student the fundamentals needed for their education.
My goal is to provide a welcoming environment so that every child can succeed and grow. Each child
comes from a family that has their own unique background that I respect and value. I want to assure
that every child has the opportunity to grow and learn to their highest ability. It is of upmost
importance to help students feel safe in their environment and make sure that their basic needs are
met, in order for them to be able to learn. I hope to expand the students’ knowledge by creating a

important to understand family dynamics and that one event can affect the entire family.
I have come into contact with those of many different cultures, which I have always found
myself wanting to learn more about them and their customs. I value difference and variety, which
makes me enjoy teaching students and learn from them as well. I know that I will need to adjust my
methods and teaching based on the needs and differences of each child. By reflecting on my own
teaching strategies, I can be sure that I can providing the best measures to assure student success. I
think that the best way to help our students succeed is to adopt a student-centered approach. By
doing this, the students will be more likely to learn and be engaged in the learning process. I want to
provide a variety of learning experiences for students that are surrounded around their own
interests. As an educator, I feel that it is important to help students feel connected to their learning.
By using the students interests to teach, I can provide the students help with their individual needs.
