General Objective:

whole. Isolated development is not possible as per our understanding of the grass root level of
our society. In order to create a long-term impact and develop a sense of ownership among the
common people, they must be involved in the entire process and some income
Keeping in mind about the understanding from the real-life experiences, we have already
incorporated some training programs for the rural youth in the field of renewable energy. The

Using the above activities, fundamental aspects of Solar PV is trained and the participants learn
how to maintain small solar products like solar lanterns etc. in a two-day workshop from scratch.
