    of the University Registrar (OUR) and of the Campus Registrar of Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU) to provide me
    certain services declared in relation to my enrollment to BPSU.

    As such, I agree and authorize BPSU OUR to:


    1. Continue to use my and my academic information to process services offered by the office in particular and by the
    University as a whole.
    2. Retain my information indefinitely for historical and statistical purposes.
