    Attached you will find the official ballot for the

    upcoming year of Tidelands HOA officers and Board


    Members Election.
    Please use the attached form as a method of voting
    this year.
    Paid members will have the opportunity to submit
    one vote per property HOA payment.
    Instruction for voting will be a bit different this year
    since the meeting will be virtual.
    See instructions on the next page for ballot
    collection, or review Carols Note in the newsletter.
    ALL BALLOTS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN
    MIDNIGHT ON June 28, 2020
    Votes will be counted by an independent party.
    Results will be available at the HOA meeting On
    July 5, 2020 2 to 3PM via Zoom
