Model 3 is recommended as it has the fastest 2 GHz CPU, 1 GB of RAM, and a 180 GB hard disk with medium access times of 40-50 milliseconds. Though its hard disk has less capacity than Model 2, access times are faster. Model 3 also requires fewer clock cycles than Model 2 to execute instructions and has a faster CPU than Model 1, allowing it to perform more instructions in the same amount of time despite needing more cycles, along with more RAM and a larger hard disk than Model 1.

4: Answer
I would recommend the Model 3 computer.

Model 3:
 2 GHz CPU
 1 gigabyte of ram
 180 gigabyte hard disk with medium access times (40-50 milliseconds)
 Requires 150 CPU clock cycles to execute an instruction

This model has the highest processor clock speed and is tied with model 2 for the
amount of RAM. Also, Model 3’s CPU takes 150 clock cycles to execute an instruction,
while Model 2 takes 200 (50 % less).

The hard disk, though having less capacity than the one in model 2, has faster access
times.

In comparison to Model 1, Model 3 requires 150 clock cycles to execute an instruction,

which is 50% more than Model 1. However, the CPU clock speed is 100 percent faster
than the CPU in Model 1, which means that there is a good chance that Model 3 can
perform more instructions than Model 1 in the same amount of time.

In addition, Model 3 has a larger hard disk than Model 1 and more RAM.
