It seems as if a laptop computer would be the best choice based on the requirements
given.

A laptop computer has the computing power needed to play games and work with a
word processor, and it also has the storage capacity to store a large number of files.

Laptops can be used for e-mail and surfing the web, and they also are very portable.

Laptops can be used for periods of time without a power cord, allowing users to work
with them in cars, on buses, on trains, or traveling in subways.

PDAs are also very portable, but they may not have enough memory storage to hold a
lot of digital photos. In addition, the small screen and limited storage/processing power
of a PDA may hinder intensive web surfing, word processing, and gaming.

PCs can run word processors and games with ease and are great for web surfing and
storing digital photos. The problem is that they are not easily portable, have many
attachments, and need to be plugged into a power outlet to be operated.

For these reasons, a laptop computer is probably the best choice.
