Following comments were noted by our Engineer during inspection of the Electrical Installation at the
above Project.
1 . Provide main earth-pits (man-hole) with inspection cover and 3 meters long copper earth
electrode, as specified in the approved drawing
2 . Terminate Main ECC on the electrode and coat the termination with corrosion resistant paint.
Test and ensure that the earth resistance is less than 1 Ohm (submit test certificate)
3 . Terminate the ECCs on the earth electrodes using adequately sized individual clamps
4 . Terminate Earth Continuity Conductors (ECC) with copper lugs on main earth bus in MDB/kWh
meter enclosure
5 . Connect the ECC to the water heaters and GI boxes with copper lugs
6 . Provide inter-connection between the earth electrodes with ECC (________________)sq. mm,
Cu/PVC, Y/G) as per the approved drawings
7 . Provide 10mA ELCB for the Jacuzzi pump and provide separate DP switch outside the bathroom.
8 . Provide ELCB AND U.V.relay notices, as applicable ,and also necessary permanent identification
labels for KWH meters, circuits etc. in MDBs/SMDBs/DBs.
9 . Provide permanent identification for Local Isolators of Split unit / Package unit A/Cs, Lift
Machines , Water Pumps, __________________________ etc. with DB & circuit reference.
10 . Provide conduit (25mm) between water meter cabinet and Electrical meter cabinet with pull rope
for DEWA IMS.
11 . Conceal the KWH meter cabinet as per DEWA standard and regulation.
12 . Provide transparent shroud for CT links inside meter cabinet.
13 . Provide mechanical protection for MDB-EXT.
14 . Provide cable gland box below MDBs.
15 . Provide cable gland inspection cover for the incoming cable of DBs.
16 . Provide UVR + timer in DB-Laundry.
17 . Provide DB-GFP and DB-FFP as per DEWA approval.
18 . Complete the installation and connection of Sauna and Steam as per the approved drawings and

DEWA Regulations.
19 . Remove ELCB and provide ELS + Alarm for Sump pump.
20 . Complete the termination and connection from A/C machine to isolator with suitable cable gland
/ brass adaptor as per DEWA standard.
21 . Complete the installation and connection of Remaining Light Fittings as per the approved
drawings and DEWA Regulations.
22 . Submit DMCC / concerned authority completion certificate.
23 . Submit A/C power factor letter from the A/C supplier for the Air-conditioning equipment installed
at site (Note: AC power factor to be verified before submitting to DEWA).
24 . Submit the UAE National Declaration form for release of supply to villa.

You are requested to complete the installation/rectification and submit application for re-inspection
/ final inspection of your works.

Further, please coordinate with our Inspection Engineer to release electric supply to the project.
