Pre-Test/Post-test Analysis 1. Given Scores 2.graph of The Pre-Test and Post-Test Scores

The document analyzes pre-test and post-test scores of 25 trainees. It shows that average post-test scores were higher than pre-test scores. A t-test analysis found a statistically significant difference between the means, indicating that the training program improved trainees' knowledge as measured by higher post-test scores. It was concluded that the competency-based training methodology had a positive impact on trainee learning.

4. Analysis
In the statistical table, the average for posttest is 38.76 and 35.75 for
pretest.The t-statistics is 17.55 and and t-critical value is 1.71.Since t-
statistics is greater than t-critical value at 5% level of significance, the null is
rejected. In this case the null hypothesis is “there is no significance difference
the mean score in pre-test and post-test” and there is a significant difference
between the mean score in pre-test and post-test”.

5.Conclusions
Since the mean scores have increased it can be concluded that there is a
significant difference between the mean score in pre-test and post-
test. Moreover, the conduct of competency based training for trainers
methodology I has a positive impact to the learnings of the trainees.
