III. PROCEDURE Instructional Sequence (4A’s Method)


Preliminaries

5. Review: Parable of the Rainbow
Activity : Tongue Twister
There will be representatives in the class. Each representative will read a tongue
twister as fast as they can. The student who can get the shortest time will be the winner.

Analysis:
1. What did you observe from the words that the representatives recited?
2. Are there any words with different sounds? (sight examples)

(Words Outbreak)
In the group of five the students will distinguish the meaning of homonyms, homophones
and give at least 2 examples. It will be written in manila paper.

(Find it Out) a music will be played and a small ball will be pass to the students, anyone who
holds the ball while the music stops must stand and tell whether the bold words are
homonyms, homophones, or homographs.
1. The door that we used was made by our uncle.
The house maid went into the market to buy the groceries.

2. The students of A.L. Navarro sung rock song during their presentation.
The students throw the rock.

3. The bat sleeps during daylight.


The baseball players uses bat in hitting the ball.
