PRE-PROGRAM GUIDE

TIME ACTIVITY
7:00 am  Briefing and Gathering of organizing committee
 Designation of work or responsibility
 Continuing the stage design
8:00 am/ 8:30 am  Call time of ACTIVE EVENTS for the led wall, lights,
and sounds
 Putting in place all the certificates, plaques, tokens,
raffle draws as well as the prizes, and giveaways in a
table.
 Training and staffing of usherettes and servers for the
VIP’s.
 Tables and Chairs of the caterer must arrive and be
arrange in this time.
10:00 am  Call time of Ferome the host or emcee and performers.
 Final Blocking and or rehearsal.
 Technical aspect must be ready like; slideshow
presentation in LED wall, music of performers and
music for the acknowledgement of VIP’s and guest
speaker and testing of microphone and the walkie
talkie.
11:00 am  Stage design must be done.
 Time for the host and performers to go home so that
they can prepare
 The venue must be clear.
 The organizers must also prepare themselves.
12:00 pm  Call time of the organizer’s.
 Final briefing and designation of work before the
program will start.
12:30 pm  Usherettes must be ready.
 The host must arrived and ready.
1:00 pm  Registration must start.
 A total of 90% of the participants should be registered
at this time to make sure that the program will start at
1:00 pm
 The guest speakers and VIP’s must arrive.
