REASON This message follows another Fatal error.
It tells that the Fatal Error Service is started that blocks the elevator permanently.

REASON After a travel command, the door closes and the KET-S signal is activated, but during the next 3 minutes
the car doesn't start. EC tries a warm reset on SDIC. The system tries to close 6 times, but when the
safety circuit doesn't close this triggers a fatal error. Possible mismatch of SW-Revisions SCIC/SDIC
SOLUTION Check safety chain cicuit.
