CONTRACT OF LEASE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This contract of lease is executed by and between:

I, ______________, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Bonifacio Extension, Barangay 5, Silay City,
Negros Occidental, Philippines, herein after referred to as the LESSOR,
-and-
________________, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of, Silay City, Negros Occidental, Philippines,
herein after referred to as the LESSEE,

WITNESSETH

Whereas the LESSOR is the owner of the house made of concrete and wood with galvanized iron
roofing, situated at ____________________(Property location)____________.

Whereas the LESSOR and LESSEE have agreed that the latter will lease the said house of the LESSOR
under the following terms and conditions:

1. That the leased premises will be used for residential purposes only;
2. That the period of lease shall be for one (1) year effective September 21, 2018 until September 21,
2019 and may be renewed thereafter upon the mutual consent of the both parties.
3. That the monthly rental is P5,500.00, payable every 21 st day of each month with one month
deposit.
4. That the expenses for the light, water and other miscellaneous expenses shall be the account of
the LESSEE.
5. That in the case the LESSEE decides to terminate the contract; she will notify the LESSOR two (2)
months in advance and the same with the LESSOR.
6. That the damage to the property which occurred during the tenure of the LESSEE shall be charged
to the LESSEE deductible from the one (1) month deposit.
