Assignment 2 – EEK373 Monday 14/5/2020

In a group of 4 please simulate the operation of one of these converters below. You can use
MATLAB Simulink software, PSpice or other simulation tools.

1) 3 phase AC Rectifier.
2) 3 phase AC-AC controller.
3) Resonant Converters.

In the report please include;


1) Abstract (10m)
2) Introduction (10m) – This may the background knowledge, working principle and
applications.
3) Methodology (20m)- This chapter explain the design works, steps constructing the
simulation circuits and test.
4) Result and Discussion (30m)- This may include the input waveforms, output
waveforms, explanation on the results and relating to theory.
5) Conclusion (10m) – Overall conclusion.
6) References (10m) – Please cited source of information used.
7) Group Biography (10m) – Members author information.

Use double column as regular IEEE publication paper. Reports around 4-6 pages. Dateline
submission – 1 st June, email the report to [email protected].
