Current Designation: Manager (Operations) 
 
● Current Function: Spear heading the operations team in Mumbai, handling a 
 team of 24 professionals inclusive of 8 members in Bangalore. Key job 
responsibility is understanding the business requirement from the client, 
understanding their deliverables, checking if the deliverables are delivered on 
time. 
● Handling pricing, corporate actions, trade and settlement. 
● I have 5 member team involved in pricing of securities using Bloomberg, Reuters 
and Thomson’s the functions they use on Bloomberg are HP , OV , 
● I have a team of 9 individuals handling corporate action ​using B​loomberg CACS to track the 
corporate actions like listing , delisting , ticker changes, name changes , merger and acquisition. 
● There are 6 team members who do the trade and settlement, they input the 
trades given by the client into our system and chase for confirmation and settle 
the trades. We do settlement for Indian markets only. If there is a fail trade 
then we check for the discrepancies what they are and then call up the 
counterparties and the tell them to change the trade details to match ours or 
vice versa.

Lehman Brothers​ (from Oct 2005 to Dec 2007) 
 
Designation : Senior Analyst 
 
● Function : Fixed Income Derivative (Middle Office) from March 2007 to 
Dec 2007 
● Functions/Role : Initiated the migration/transition of process and successfully 
completed the same from Tokyo. The process is into validating trades like 
Interest Rate Swap and Non Deliverable Swaps in different systems like Smart 
Ticket and Swap Swire and paying brokerage for these trades in ASAP. The trade 
is then booked by the Trader and sent to Swap Swire where both the 
 counterparty and the trader has to affirm the trade. This system is used by most 
of the investment banks for doing double sided swaps deal, it is a legal 
documentation system by which both the parties who enter into the trade get 
into a legal bonding to abide by what is traded. This is then sent to another 
system Smart Ticket where the deal in authorized and sent to back office for 
further documentation. 
Once the trades are authorized it is sent to ASAP (Automated Settlement and 
Payment) where the deals are netted for brokerage payment. 
 
● Function : Euroclear settlements from Jan 2007 to 
March 2007 
● Functions/Role : We used a system Euclid which is a used for Euroclear 
settlement system. We have our trades called the UNM and we have to match 
the trades with the advisory which is the ADV. We used to call and receive calls 
from the counterparties to match the trades. Also if a trade fails there was a 
separate team who used to chance the counterparty to match them. 
 
● Function : U.S Product & Pricing (Oct 2005 to Dec 2006) 
● Functions/Role : 
The process is into creating and modifying securities in different system, 
keeping track of different corporate action events happening in the US and 
Canadian Market by using Bloomberg and action these events into ESM Lehman 
system and Asset Maintenance Neuberger Berman system which is a part of 
Lehman now. 
Validating the price variance of securities and prepare different pre market 
reports and submit them to the US team, in the given stipulate time thus 
meeting deadline. 
Maintaining audit trails by maintaining copies of all documents which we have 
created and modified. 
Keeping a track on Floating Rate Notes and updating all the details in a bond 
like dated date, issue date, first coupon date, payment frequency, 
nomenclature and all the identifiers like ISIN, Sedol, Cusip, Wert papier. 
Initiated a project for automating processes in the group and was involved in 
a project where we had to do data cleaning, we had to understand and rectify 
the discrepancies in systems.
