The application consists of the validation BRMS framework that separates application code from business logic. The
context of the project is – potential borrowers submit standard loan application form called ‘form 1003’ to loan vendors
(HSBC, Wells Fargo etc). The information (personal info, property info, loan purpose, employment info, monthly income
and expenses info, assets and liabilities info etc) from this form is then captured in the standard XML format created by
the standards body for Mortgage Banking in US, MISMO. Authenticity of the information provided by the borrowers need
to be evaluated to assess the risk to the vendors. The RAS application interfaces with several third party services like
HistoryPro, IDPro, IncomePro, TPSC etc to identify potential risk and fraud associated with loan origination. The
information thus obtained from these products is weighed against the information provided by the borrower in a BRMS
system to identify risks and flag them based on their severity.

Responsibilities
 Walk both the Business and Technical teams through the requirements to ensure a) the Business understands

 Handling the ‘Software Performance Improvement Initiative’ of TAG and in setting up ‘S/W Performance lab’.

CMDRS (Content Management Distribution and Retailing System)
Designer/ Module-Lead / Developer

The project CMDRS (Content Management, Distribution and Retailing System) was intended to be developed as a
product that enables the management, distribution and retailing activities of digital content over web in a secure manner.
This consists of three sub-systems – CMS, responsible for collation, creation, editing and publishing of the content; CDS,
to securely distribute the products to web stores in coordination with eWrapper, a plug-in component for wrapping digital
content and finally CRS, from where the end user obtains license for the product to be downloaded either in ‘download’ or’
streaming’ mode. Extensive inter-modular communication was achieved using various technologies as per the
requirement such as RMI, SOAP and JMS.

Responsibilities
 Client interaction, change management, configuration management and project management activities.
 Reviewing of Use-Case diagrams and Technical Documentation for the requirements.
 Detailed design of distribution module using Rational Rose 2000.
 Designing of JSP pages that are required by this component
 Implementing JMS with listener classes to achieve multithreading in EJB.
 Implementation of RMI to achieve inter-modular communication.
 Development and deployment of Beans and JSPs.

Ad Management System

The project Imagin-Euro is a B2C, Ad management application that was developed to integrate with the Imagin portal. It
allows for setup of promotions and banners associated with the advertisement, to be displayed in the portal. The banners
are displayed based on the profile of the user that have logged to the portal.

 Development of TopLink manager classes for object-relational mapping.

TRTS (Time Reporting and Tracking System)

Project TRTS is a web based one that allows the employees to flexibly report the time, which was spent on different
phases of development of a given project. The second part of the project allows the administrator to generate reports
required to evaluate time spent on individual projects, based on various criteria such as cost, center, employee.

Responsibilities
 Drafting the logical and physical design documents.
 Generating Servlet code and designing the HTML pages.
 Developing the database and establishing the database connectivity.
 Development of stored procedures, functions and database triggers for the system.

These are informative Intranet web sites developed for Indian Railway Institute for Signal Engineering and
Telecommunications (IRISET) and SCR Railways. The sites contain mostly static web pages pertaining to the following
basic modules – IRISET, Training, Accommodation, Courses and E-Nominations, Tourist information, Departments &
Zones.

Responsibilities
 Development of training and courses modules, generating the Servlet code
 Developing the pages using HTML and client side validation using JavaScript
