Here are the benefits or perks offered by FMCG firms with their respective
rating (on scale of 1 to 5).
1. Hindustan Unilever – It provides Medical care, provident fund, personal
growth and development and company stock option to their employees.
(Overall Benefits Rating: 4.5)
2. Nestle – It provides basic salary and medical plan Nescare. (Overall
Benefits Rating: 3.9)
3. ITC – It provide basic salary and gratuity. (Overall Benefits Rating: 4.4)
4. Coco-cola – It provides basic salary, medical benefits and insurance.
(Overall Benefits Rating: 4.8)
5. P&G – It provide gratuity, pension plan and Tuition assistance plan.
(Overall Benefits Rating: 3.9)
6. PepsiCo – It gives basic salary and bonus as compensation. It also
provides Provident fund, Leave allowance and other benefits. (Overall
Benefits Rating: 4.1)
7. Parle Argo - Company Provide the Medical insurance, good
compensation and canteen (Overall Benefits Rating: 3.7)
8. Britannia – It provides Cell Phone, Paid Sick Leave, Paid Holidays /
Vacation, Life Insurance/Disability, Casual Dress/Atmosphere, Flex-
Time / Flexible Schedule, Private Medical Insurance (PMI) (Overall

9. Marico – It provides Paid Sick Leave, Flex-Time / Flexible Schedule,

10. Procter & Gamble – It provide benefit programs like medical insurance,
life insurance, retirement plans, as well as stock purchase programs and
