BPCS started its journey in the year 1991 as a simple Domestic Pest Control service provider with one
skilled operator under the visionary supervision of Mr. Kashinath Mishra. With the dedication and
hard work of its founder, it has grown in size and nature of service and today, it a preferred brand not
only for pest control services, but also Water Proofing Services by a variety of client across major
towns / cities of Gujarat and Rajasthan, providing an employment to over 150 heads, since last 28
years.

In the course of time, it started providing the “INTEGRATED TOWN-SHIP AND COLONY
MAINTENANCE (BOTH STAFF & LABOUR)” for large Industries like Tata Power, Reliance Refinery,
Alstom, Essar Oil, other Corporate Groups, Govt. Departments, Popular Hotels and Bankers etc.

BPCS has the privilege of Managing the largest capacity labour colonies of Reliance
Industries Limited having an occupancy of 20,000 heads for a period of 4 years (LC 8 from
2014-2018), Tata Power Labour colony 1 with a capacity of 5,000 heads for a period of 4 years
(LC1 from 2008-2012), besides other Industries.

Integrated Township Management

BPCS provides a one stop integrated town ship management service, which includes
Pest control and fogging, collection of garbage, disposal at designated locations,
maintenance of STP and RO plants including waste water disposal and obtaining
permission as well as monthly certification from the statutory bodies, providing first
aid services by qualified nursing staff including ambulance for 24X7, transportation of
work force from colony to work location and back.

In other words, BPCS will completely shift the burden of managing the labour colony
from the shoulders of the Project Management, so that it’s client can concentrate more
on their core business and project progress. BPCS also believes that a happy and
healthy labour colony will boost the project progress manifold

Mr. Kashi Nath Mishra laid the foundation stone of the company in 1991 at Jamnagar (Gujarat)

company continuously progressed which further lead to laying foundation of company in
Jaipur (Rajasthan) in the year 2000
