I don’t believe in putting all your eggs in one basket especially when it comes to
money. Also regardless of obstacles and difficulties, there is always an
opportunity. As the popular saying goes, “When life gives you lemons, makes
lemonade” If you are home due to the CV-19 Virus and looking for ways to make
extra cash, here are 7 ways to generate some extra income.
 Sell on EBay or Amazon: You can sell items you no longer need on EBay
to generate extra cash. You can sell both used and new items on EBay. I
have sold a few things on EBay myself and currently have some active
listing going on under the user name AbbyTown and have made 6 sales
within the last 3 weeks. The best way is to list when it is offering a free
listing and once your item sells, EBay will take a percentage of the sale
which is called the final value fees. There are other apps like OfferUp, Posh,
Letgo, Etsy and also buy and sell groups on Facebook that you can use to
sell your items. I have used OfferUp and also a FB group in the past. You can
also sell on Amazon, but Amazon in my opinion have a stricter policy than
Ebay.
 You Tube: You can start a YouTube channel to share your knowledge or
talent. Once you get a certain number of subscribers, you will get a
percentage of Ads that are ran through your channel.
 Delivery Service: There are a lot of other delivery service that you can
sign up with and make extra cash delivering food, groceries and packages.
Since most people are staying home, you can be the delivery person that
bring their food or groceries to them. You can sign up with DoorDash, Grub
Hub, Shipt, UberEats, and Instacart etc. You also sign up to distribute
packages if you have a car with Amazon through the AmazonFlex App.
There are quite a few to choose from, so find out which one works best for
you.
 MLM / Network Marketing: There are a lot of companies like Mary

Kay, Avon, Kyani, My Daily Choice, World Financial Group and so on who
uses independent sales agents or distributors to promote their products
and service. Most of these companies have lucrative compensation
structure for their agents. You will have to reach out to a distributer or the
company’s website for more info. You can sell these products and services
from the comfort of your home through your website. You get paid when
someone buys a product or service through you or when someone joins the
business through you. Each company have their own compensation
structure. Be sure to do your research before joining.
 Affiliates: There are different affiliates programs that you can partner with
to make extra money. Affiliate means that you are given a unique link and
anytime someone buys a product or service through your link, you are paid
a percentage or a flat fee. With Affiliate marketing you are able to promote
different products and services from different companies. Some of the
Affiliates programs are, EBay Partner Network, ShareASale, Jvzoo, Amazon
Associates, CJ Affiliate and ClickBank.
 Get Paid to Shop: If you shop online for products and services, you can
get cash back by using Rakuten which used to be called Ebates. Many
stores like BJ’s, Macy’s, The Vitamin Shoppe, Go Daddy, Belk etc. have
partnered with them in the cash back program. Last year I made $30 in just
a day for shopping online. Most cash backs are from 1% to 15%. When you
invite someone to join via your link you each get paid. This is an effortless
