Watch Setting Guide

5.After stopping the chrono, read the chrono measurement as follows:

Technical
For measurements of less than one minute:
• Second hand shows chrono seconds
• Function hand shows chrono 1/20 seconds
For measurements of one minute to 60 minutes:
• Second hand shows chrono seconds

Letter
• Function hand shows chrono minutes
• Push and hold “B”button.Function hand will now show chrono
1/20 seconds.
• Release button “B”.Function hand will go back to chrono minutes.
FOR CHRONO SPLIT TIME:
For measurements of more than one minute only
1.With chrono running,push “C”button to indicate split time.

This watch features: SECTION D • ALL RESET FUNCTION
• 60 Minute Chronograph The all reset function is used following battery replacement or abnormal

SECTION A • PRELIMINARY SETTING PROCEDURE


1.To insure that the starting point for the chronograph (chrono) is correct,
push and release the “M”button until the mode hand (small dial at bot-
tom) points to “CHR”. The function hand and the second hand should
move to the 12 o’clock or “0”position.If yes, go to next section “time set-
ting”.If not, go to step 2 in this section.
2.Pull the “M”button to it’s outer position.
3.Push and release the “A” button to set the second hand to the “0”or “60”
second position.
4.Push and release the “B”button to set the function hand to the “0”or “60”
second position.
5.Push the “M”button in.
SECTION B • TIME SETTING
1.Push and release “M”button until the mode hand points to “TME”.
2.Pull the “M”button to the outer position.The second hand should move
to 12 o’clock.If not, reset the hand.SEE previous “Section A” on
“Preliminary Setting”
3.To set the minute hand,hour hand and 24 hour hands (these hands are all
synchronized),Push and hold button “B”.This will move the hands in a
clockwise direction. To move the hands counter clockwise,push and hold
button “C”.
3.When the second hand on the time source you are using (i.e. clock,tele-
phone,another watch etc) reaches the 60 second mark,push the “M”
button back to the “in”position.
SECTION C • CHRONOGRAPH (CHRONO) OPERATION
NOTE: During the first one minute of chronograph operation,the function
hand ( top small dial) will run quickly and indicate 1/20 seconds.After one
minute,and up to 60 minutes,the same hand will slow down to indicate
chrono minutes.
1.Select chronograph mode by pushing the “M”button until the mode hand
is pointing to “CHR”.
2.Make sure that the second hand and the function hand move to 12
o’clock.If not,see “SECTION A” on “Preliminary setting”.
3.Push button “A” to start the chrono.
4.Push “A” again to stop the chrono.
