Our Team Had Done Its Purpose On Reaserching The Possible Effects of Danger in Blowing Hot Food

Our team researched the potential harms of blowing on a baby's food. Blowing can cause cavities because it introduces bacteria from an adult's mouth that produces acid and erodes a baby's developing teeth. Even before teeth appear, this bacteria can cause future dental problems. Additionally, an adult's breath may spread illness through bacteria entering the food. To address this, the team invented a spoon with an internal fan to cool food safely without blowing. The electric fan is controlled through a switch and the plastic spoon allows for cleaning while cooling food in a sanitary way.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Our team had done its purpose on reaserching the possible effects of danger in blowing hot
food. Taking care of babies is not easy. Sometimes, even the most seemingly harmless habits
can potentially harm your baby. One example is that whenever you blow on your baby’s food,
you might cause them to develop cavities. Sounds strange right? Well let me explain.
You might be wondering, “How can blowing on my baby’s food cause cavities?” That is because
newborn babies have not been exposed to a certain type of bacteria that causes cavities. This
type of bacteria leaves behind acid while feeding on the leftover food in your child’s teeth. In
turn, this acid can erode your baby’s teeth and cause cavities.
What’s more worrying is that even if your little one doesn’t have any teeth yet, as soon as their
first baby teeth starts to grow, the bacteria can immediately start working and cause your little
one to develop plaque and cavities in their teeth.
Cavities are not the only reason why blowing on your baby’s food is a bad thing to do, another
reason and the most obvious one is your breath can potentially carry bacteria into your child’s
food. Once your child eats the food they will up the bacteria. Imagine one day you are not
feeling well, you catch flu but you have to feed your baby before going to work and you’re in a
hurry or imagine someone is feeding your baby. We all know that babies have weak immune
system compare to us adults. So, what are you going to do?
In order to solve your problem our group invented a product, a spoon with a fan inside to cool
your baby’s food. The spoon is characterized in that a battery is mounted inside the handle of
the spoon; a miniature electric fan is mounted on the spoon handle and controlled by an
electric switch. The spoon part are made in plastic which has more ability to cool food down
than a steel spoon, the spoon shallow bowl part can be pulled out for cleaning and there by
safety and sanitation are achieved.
By this, there is no need to blow your baby’s food and worry about the bacteria that might
harm your little one.
