The document outlines a risk assessment for filming a dance workshop video in the TV studio at the University. Several potential hazards are identified such as tripping hazards, manual handling, fire risks, and first aid requirements.

Some of the major safety hazards identified include tripping/slipping hazards, confined spaces, working with electricity and lighting equipment, and manual handling. The risk assessment outlines existing and additional controls for each hazard.

For sequences involving smoke or the performer having a bag over their head, rehearsals will be conducted, filming times will be short, and holes will be made in the bag for ease of breathing. A first aider will also be on hand. Alternate locations will be used if needed.
