About Us
Impress Hotel is located in Bole next to Medhanealem church in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Bole
International Airport can be reached by car in five minutes. Bole where Impress Hotel is located is a popular
area for both business and leisure activities with a range of restaurants, night life and cinemas in walking
distance of the hotel. With around 22 rooms our hotel offers beautiful rooms offering great living space and
workspace for business as well as leisure travelers. Each room offers comfortable, living space, full kitchen,
rooms with plush bedding, and a dedicated work area including free high-speed WIFI and amenities.

Relax in our non-smoking rooms ranging from standard to suites, providing an array of room choices each offering
true relaxation. Each room is equipped with full kitchens, refrigerators, minibar, flat screen TV, work desk, seating area
and balcony. Some rooms overlook mountains and others rooms overlook bole Medhanialem Church.
We have rooms for shorter, holiday stays and for longer periods. However long you wish to stay, you will feel right
at home in our hotel, whether it’s for a weekend trip to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, several weeks with your entire family, or a
couple of months of working in the sun.

coffee located on the ground floor of Impress Hotel.
Tomoca is a family-owned coffee company based in
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. It was established in February
1953. The company is known for its Italian-style

coffee, made with Ethiopian arabica beans.

Located on the ground floor of Impress

Hotel, Boost Smoothie bar serves blended healthy
fruit drinks and juices to patrons. Boost Smoothie
relies on premium and organic ingredients and
inventive combinations to appeal to people who
don’t want to sacrifice taste for health.

hold the key to our success. Even though the hotel itself is the reason that guests come to visit us, it is “the
team” that ensures their return. We are dedicated to our employees and give trainings from orientation,
technical skills development, soft skill development, products and services, and mandatory trainings.

Terms and Conditions
 All reservations must be requested by email or phone and the Hotel shall advise availability by email or
phone as per the period requested by the Client.
 Check-in hour is 14:00 and check-out is 12:00 hr.
 Late check-out until 18:00 hr will be charged 50% of the room rate, after 18:00 hrs will charge 100% of the
room rate (upon availability).
 During city wide event, exhibitions and peak periods the rate will not be applied unless we have
availability, Surcharges may apply subject to demand and availability.
 Unless the Client has requested and received a credit facility by the Hotel, all bills must be settled upon
arrival by the guest of the Client.
 The client should send to the Hotel a guarantee letter which states the client is liable for any payments on
behalf of the guest.
 If the Client cancels individual guaranteed reservations made before 24 hours prior to the arrival of the
guest, then there shall be no charge. Where individual reservations are canceled within 24 hours before
the guests’ arrival, then the client shall be charged a one day No shows charge which accounts for 100% of
the given rate for the respective reserved room.
