It is my opinion that—second only to the fact people die everyday without the

saving knowledge of Jesus Christ—one of the biggest travesties we face is the church
is full of Christians who do not walk in spiritual freedom.
We have gotten to a place where we settle for just salvation when Jesus paid for
so much more. Jesus called it the abundant life in John 10:10. We walk away from our
manifest destiny when we allow anything other than the promises of God to govern
our lives.
Unveiled is designed to equip you to move beyond who your experiences say you
are and into those governing promises. This class will teach you to recognize the lim-
itations you have been living under. And as you discover God’s power in your own life,
everything will change.
I invite you to continue in your journey to discover Christ, recover identity, and un-
cover purpose through the revelations shared in this class.

Lesson One : The Veil
UNVEILED - TO BECOME REVEALED BY REMOVING THE VEIL
“50 And when Jesus had cried out again in a loud voice, he gave up his spirit. 51 At that
moment the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. The earth shook, the
rocks split 52 and the tombs broke open. The bodies of many holy people who had died
were raised to life.” - Matthew 27:50-52

THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THE VEIL


“1
That first covenant between God and Israel had regulations for worship and a place of worship
here on earth. 2 There were two rooms in that Tabernacle. In the first room were a lampstand, a table,
and sacred loaves of bread on the table. This room was called the Holy Place. 3 Then there was a
curtain, and behind the curtain was the second room called the Most Holy Place. 4 In that room were a
gold incense altar and a wooden chest called the Ark of the Covenant, which was covered with gold
on all sides. Inside the Ark were a gold jar containing manna, Aaron’s staff that sprouted leaves, and
the stone tablets of the covenant. 5 Above the Ark were the cherubim of divine glory, whose wings
stretched out over the Ark’s cover, the place of atonement. But we cannot explain these things in detail
now.

When these things were all in place, the priests regularly entered the first room as they performed
their religious duties. 7 But only the high priest ever entered the Most Holy Place, and only once a year.
And he always offered blood for his own sins and for the sins the people had committed in ignorance.

By these regulations the Holy Spirit revealed that the entrance to the Most Holy Place was not freely
open as long as the Tabernacle and the system it represented were still in use.

This is an illustration pointing to the present time. For the gifts and sacrifices that the priests offer
are not able to cleanse the consciences of the people who bring them. 10 For that old system deals
only with food and drink and various cleansing ceremonies—physical regulations that were in effect
only until a better system could be established.” - Hebrews 9:1-10

• The veil was the separating factor between the Holy Place and the Most Holy
Place. The Most Holy Place is where the Ark of the Covenant was housed, synony-
mous with the presence of God.

• When the veil was torn we were given unrestricted access to the presence of God
and all that He died for.

THE TWO WAYS OF UNRESTRICTED ACCESS
Me to God:
“Now all of us can come to the Father through the same Holy Spirit because of what Christ has done
for us.” - Ephesians 2:18

God to Me:
“So the Word became human and made his home among us.” - John 1:14

“Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the
eyes of him to whom we must give account.” - Hebrews 4:13

HOW DO I LIVE LIFE UNVEILED?
1. Change your focus.
“But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given
to you as well.” - Matthew 6:33

WHAT WE “SEEK FIRST” IS WHAT WE GIVE MOST OF


OUR TIME, ENERGY, AND ATTENTION.

To seek the kingdom first simply means that whatever comes your way has to come
under the Lordship of Jesus Christ, because he orders your life and everything in it.

Seeking God first doesn’t change your circumstances, it changes your view of them.

2. Change the way you think.
“For as he thinks in his heart, so he is.” - Proverbs 23:7

Note: It doesn’t say what a man thinks, it says how a man thinks. Changing what
you think simply substitues one thought for another—it’s a coping mechanism

human source, and no one taught me. Instead, I received it by direct revelation

Lesson Two : The Tools
IF THE POWER OF GOD HAS BEEN UNVEILED IN MY LIFE,
THEN WHY AM I NOT WALKING IN IT?
Two Traps:
• Using the right tools the wrong way.
“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith — and this is not from
yourselves, it is the gift of God.” - Ephesians 2:8
• Using the wrong tools altogether.
“Not by works, so that no one can boast.” - Ephesians 2:9

THE FIVE LEVELS OF CHANGE


The most common areas of our lives that we tend to evaluate when we seek to
invoke personal change or growth.

1. Environment - The external factors in the past, present, and future.


• Most primitive level of thinking.
• The problem is if we believe changing our environment will have anything to do
with setting us free, we are already in bondage to that belief.
• Our circumstances cannot dictate our walk with Christ.
• Freedom in Christ is not the abscence of something, but the presence of someone.
“... I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation...”
- Phil. 4:12

2. Behavior - The thoughts and feelings.
• Behavior linked to what we think and feel.
• Most “helpful professionals” will target this level.
• Change at this level alone is a coping skill with short-term results.
“I really don’t understand myself for what I want to do I don’t do, and instead I do
what I hate.” - Romans 7:15

3. Capabilities - The thermostat of your heart.


• A thermostat is a mechanism that controls another mechanism and is, itself, con-
trolled by the environment.
• You will only rise to the level of the person you believe you are in your heart.
“For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he.” - Proverbs 23:7

4. Beliefs - the heart’s truth about me and God.

• Most polls show roughly 80% of Americans believe in God.
• It’s not if we believe in God, but what we believe about God that shapes our rela-
tionship with him.

Two Areas to Consider:


• What I believe about myself.
“This is the written account of the descendants of Adam. When God created hu-
man beings, he made them to be like himself.” - Genesis 5:1

• What my relationship with my earthly father looks like.


“So you have not received the spirit that makes you fearful slaves. Instead, you re-
ceived God’s Spirit when he adopted you as his own children. Now we call him,
‘Abba, Father.’” - Romans 8:15

5. Identity - the blueprint in the heart of God when He created you.

Lesson Three: The Broadcast
GOD IS SPEAKING, ARE WE LISTENING?
Hearing from God is the single most important component of your freedom in Christ.
“So faith comes from hearing, that is, hearing the Good News about Christ.”
- Romans 10:17

God is speaking, are we listening?


“For the word of God is alive and powerful.” - Hebrews 4:12

• Things that are alive are in a state of action.


• Action is an exertion of power.

God’s voice is in a state of action waiting for you to turn your ear to it. Hearing God is
the primary way we disconnect from our own knowledge and plug back into the source.

HOW TURN ON THE RADIO:
• Plug In
“Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the
Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his under
standing no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the pow
er of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and
fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings
like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”
- Isaiah 40:28-31

• Turn On
“Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine,
according to his power that is at work within us” - Ephesians 3:20

• Tune In
“Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw
off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with
perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and
perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its
shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.” - Hebrews 12:1-2

HOW DO WE HEAR FROM GOD?
1. The Word of God - The primary revelation of who God is.

Understand the “Word of God” as:


• A document:
“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and
training in righteousness, so that the servant of God[a] may be thoroughly equipped
for every good work.” - 2 Timothy 3:16-17

• An expression of God’s heart:


“For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it
penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts
and attitudes of the heart.” - Hebrews 4:12

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was
God.” - John 1:1

“After this, the word of the Lord came to Abram in a vision: ‘Do not be afraid,
Abram. I am your shield, your very great reward.” - Genesis 15:1

The Word of God will never change, and yet because it is alive and active it’s al-
ways changing.

2. Prophetic Words - A word that came from the Spirit of God and was uttered out
of the mouth of man.

TO TRANSLATE THAT INFORMATION INTO
SOMETHING WE CAN UNDERSTAND.
• Auditory - Learns best by hearing.
“The Lord came and stood there, calling as at the other times, ‘Samuel! Samuel!’
Then Samuel said, ‘Speak, for your servant is listening.’” - 1 Samuel 3:10
• Visual - Learns best by seeing.
“Joseph had a dream, and when he told it to his brothers, they hated him all the
more.” - Genesis 37:5
• Kinesthetic - Learns best by doing because learning is attached to sensation.
“Once when we were going to the place of prayer, we were met by a female slave
who had a spirit by which she predicted the future. She earned a great deal of
money for her owners by fortune-telling. She followed Paul and the rest of us,
shouting, ‘These men are servants of the Most High God, who are telling you the
way to be saved.’ She kept this up for many days. Finally Paul became so annoyed
that he turned around and said to the spirit, ‘In the name of Jesus Christ I command
you to come out of her!’ At that moment the spirit left her.” - Acts 16:16-18

HOW DO I KNOW IT’S GOD?
Three questions to ask:
1. Does what I have seen, heard, or sensed line up with the scripture and the nature
of God revealed in scripture?
2. Does it produce the fruits of the Spirits as described in Galatians 5:22?
3. Does what I have heard, seen, or sensed have the result of freedom?

Your responsibilty when you hear from God:


• Confession
• Homologeo ­- “To say the same thing as another, to agree with, assent; to concede; to
profess; to praise or celebrate.”

Lesson Four: The Obstacle
THE MOST CRIPPLING ISSUE FACING THE HUMAN RACE:
SIN
“For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard.” - Romans 3:23
“For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through
Christ Jesus our Lord.” - Romans 6:23
How we view sin will determine how we try to solve it.

When sin is defined at a behavioral level we:


• Try to solve it at the most ineffective level.
• Bring only a part of the problem to the whole of God’s solution.

Behavior is a symptom of sin.


• When I bring m behavior to the cross, I’m bringing my past.
• What I need help is with my present and my future.

THE REAL ISSUE OF SIN:

The serpent was the shrewdest of all the wild animals the Lord God had made. One day
he asked the woman, ‘Did God really say you must not eat the fruit from any of the trees
in the garden?’

‘Of course we may eat fruit from the trees in the garden,’ the woman replied. 3 ‘It’s
only the fruit from the tree in the middle of the garden that we are not allowed to eat.
God said, ‘You must not eat it or even touch it; if you do, you will die.’’

‘You won’t die!’ the serpent replied to the woman. 5 ‘God knows that your eyes will be
opened as soon as you eat it, and you will be like God, knowing both good and evil.’

The woman was convinced. She saw that the tree was beautiful and its fruit looked
delicious, and she wanted the wisdom it would give her. So she took some of the fruit and
ate it. Then she gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it, too. 7 At that
moment their eyes were opened, and they suddenly felt shame at their nakedness. So they
sewed fig leaves together to cover themselves.” - Genesis 3:1-7

WHO IS YOUR SOURCE?

of Good and Evil
Sin — The absence of God in the human soul.

If God, who is the source of life, is absent then death is present. Sin is the presence
of death in the human soul. It hurts to feel dead inside, which creates a need to find a
source of life.

“... sin gives birth to death.” - James 1:15

Who is your source? It’s not a question or decision to visit once, but a relational fact
that requires constant evaluation.

“For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ
Jesus our Lord.” - Romans 6:23

“Wages” is not a mathematical sum Jesus makes of our cumulatie behavior. “Wages” in this
scripture is the return on an investment, as in the return on sin is death. In the same sense,
Jesus exchanged death for life—He took your death so you may have His life.

“My old self has been cruficied with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who
lives in me, so I live in this earthly body trusting in the Son of God, who loves me
and gave his life for me.” - Galations 2:20

JESUS DIDN’T DIE FOR WHAT WE DID,
HE DIED FOR WHO WE ARE.
“The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, ‘Look! The Lamb of God
who takes away the sin of the world!’” - John 1:29

He made us a new creation, not a new expectation.


“This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old
life is gone; a new life has begun!” - 2 Corinthians 5:17

Lesson Five : The Fight
YOU ARE IN A WAR; SPIRITUAL FREEDOM IS AT STAKE
“It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let your
selves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.” - Galations 5:1

“As a dog returns to his vomit, so a fool repeats his foolishness.”­- Proverbs 26:11

Fight or Flight - The physiological reaction that occurs in response to a perceived


harmful event, attack, or threat to survival.

This phenomenon mirrors a spiritual response. You are in a war; spiritual freedom is at
steak. You will either chose to fight for your freedom or run from it.

THREE BATTLEGROUNDS OF SPIRITUAL WARFARE

1. The battleground of your flesh will manifest itself in desire.


“For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to
the flesh. They are in conflict with each other, so that you are not to do whatever you
want.” - Galations 5:17

“5 Those who are dominated by the sinful nature think about sinful things, but those
who are controlled by the Holy Spirit think about things that please the Spirit. 6 So
letting your sinful nature control your mind leads to death. But letting the Spirit
control your mind leads to life and peace. 7 For the sinful nature is always hostile to
God. It never did obey God’s laws, and it never will. 8 That’s why those who are still
under the control of their sinful nature can never please God.” - Romans 8:5-8

Being a Christian doesn’t mean you will never struggle with sinful desires, it means you
have the power to overcome those struggles because you’re plugged into your source.
“Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.”
- Galations 5:24

2. The battleground of the world will manifest itself in deception.
“...The god of this world [Satan] has blinded the minds of the unbelievers to keep
them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of
God.” - 2 Corinthians 4:4

DECEPTION WILL BLOCK RECEPTION.

3. The battleground of the demonic influence will manifest itself in divinity.


“7 Then war broke out in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon,
and the dragon and his angels fought back. 8 But he was not strong enough, and
they lost their place in heaven. 9 The great dragon was hurled down—that ancient
serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled
to the earth, and his angels with him.” - Revelation 12:7-9

“For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the
authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of
evil in the heavenly realms.” - Ephesians 6:12

“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have
life, and have it to full.” - John 10:10

Satan and demonic influence do exist to steal, kill, and destroy God’s call and pur-
pose on your life.

Christians cannot be possessed by a demon in the sense of ownership, but they can be
under demonic influence.

HOW DOES THE ENEMY GAIN ACCESS TO MY LIFE?

Open doors to demonic influence:


UNFORGIVENESS — HEBREWS 12:15
“See to it that no one falls short of the grace of God and that no bitter root grows up
to cause trouble and defile many.”

HURTS AND TRAUMA — LUKE 22:3-4


“Then Satan entered Judas, called Iscariot, one of the Twelve. And Judas went to
the chief priests and the officers of the temple guard and discussed with them how
he might betray Jesus.”

INNER VOWS AND SPOKEN CURSES — MATTHEW 5:33-37


“Again, you have heard that it was said to the people long ago, ‘Do not break your
oath, but fulfill to the Lord the vows you have made.’ But I tell you, do not swear
an oath at all: either by heaven, for it is God’s throne; or by the earth, for it is his
footstool; or by Jerusalem, for it is the city of the Great King. And do not swear by
your head, for you cannot make even one hair white or black. All you need to say is
simply ‘Yes’ or ‘No’; anything beyond this comes from the evil one”.

WILLFUL DISOBEDIENCE — EZEKIEL 33:4


“Then if anyone hears the trumpet but does not heed the warning and the sword
comes and takes their life, their blood will be on their own head.”

OCCULT ACTIVITY — DEUTERONOMY 18:10-11
“Let no one be found among you who sacrifices their son or daughter in the fire,
who practices divination or sorcery, interprets omens, engages in witchcraft, or casts
spells, or who is a medium or spiritist or who consults the dead.”

GENERATIONAL INIQUITIES AND CURSES — EXODUS 20:4-7


“You shall not make for yourself an image in the form of anything in heaven above or
on the earth beneath or in the waters below. You shall not bow down to them or worship
them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of
the parents to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me, but showing love
to a thousand generations of those who love me and keep my commandments. You shall
not misuse the name of the Lord your God, for the Lord will not hold anyone guiltless
who misuses his name.”

FEAR — ISAIAH 41:10


“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will
strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”

LUKEWARM FAITH — REVELATION3:16


“So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out
of my mouth.”

Lesson Six : The Stronghold
CORRECT YOUR PATTERN OF THINKING
“We use God’s mighty weapons, not worldly weapons, to knock down the strongholds
of human reasoning and to destroy false arguments. We destroy every proud ob-
stacle that keeps people from knowing God. We capture their rebellious thoughts
and teach them to obey Christ.” - 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 (NLT)

Stronghold - A wrong pattern of thinking.


• A stronghold is not a demon but often exists because we are in agreement with one.

THE ANATOMY OF A STRONGHOLD


A stronghold is formed when a pattern is repeated and is composed of four parts:

• Event — Any event that causes a strong negative reaction such as shame, rejection,
abandonment, fear, or insecurity. The event itself does not cause the stronghold.

• Lie — The enemy’s interpretation of what you have just experienced. There can be
one or more lies attached to any given event. The moment you enter into agreement
with the lie the stronghold is formed.

• Comfort — How you comfort yourself is a result of the lie you believe. Coping skills
or defense mechanism are activated to alleviate pain.

• Reaction — Hurt people hurt people. From a place of pain, you will respond to oth-
ers and ensure the cycle of pain is repeated.

AT THE ROOT OF EVERY STRONGHOLD IS IDOLTARY,

HOW TO TEAR DOWN A STRONGHOLD
“We use God’s mighty weapons, not worldly weapons, to knock down the strongholds
of human reasoning and to destroy false arguments.We destroy every proud obstacle
that keeps people from knowing God. We capture their rebellious thoughts and teach
them to obey Christ.” - 2 Corinthians 10:4,5 (NLT)
The only way we can truly tear down a toxic stronghold is by regular, deliberate prac-
tice in establishing Christ as your new stronghold. This is not a mindless repetition, but a
disciplined part of your day. It will take work, but the reward is great: a freedom that
comes from getting rid of anything that prevents you from living the abundant life.

This is done with a journal, a pen, and by following these five steps when facing a
toxic stronghold in your life.*

1. GATHER
The gather step is all about becoming aware of all signals coming from your exter-
nal environment as well as signals from your non-conscious mind, or memories. Per-
form this by evaluating each of your five senses. This will help you become aware of
what is in your mind, ensuring that no rogue thought goes unchecked as proscribed
by 2 Corinthians 10:5.

Once we’re aware of these incoming signals, we need to become aware of what
thoughts—conscious or unconscious—are activitated. Essentially, ask yourself what
thoughts are you aware of? Focus in and write down as many as you can.

As you perform this, take note and identify the emotions attached to these thoughts.
Focus on these feelings and write them in detail. Do these thoughts produce a physical
response—does your heart race, face flush, or palms sweat? Describe these in detail
as well.

Oftentimes, it’s these emotions and subsequent physical responses that take over our
logic and reasoning, leading us into a victim mentality where we often use statements
such as: “I can’t help how I feel.” “This is just who I am.” “I can’t change the way I feel.”
“Feelings don’t lie.” These are all false statements. You are not a victim of your
own biology.

Do you feel powerless to your emotions—are you the victim or victor in your own
mind? Lastly, ask yourself if this thought is something you want to become a part of
who you are.

2. WRITE
Your brain writes through genetic expression; our thoughts leave a physical expression.
When we mirror this process by writing, we are able to consolidate our thoughts for
analysis and clarity—which is great to streamline racing thoughts.

In this step, keep a thought journal and exercise as much personal freedom in creativi-
ty as you want. The more liberty you take, the more effectively your brain will process
the information. Add color, highlight areas, use word groupings, pictures, diagrams,
etc.

Group patterns that radiate from a central point and create branches from each cen-
tral point until you have explored every nuance. See in the example below:

3. FOCUSED REFLECTION
This is an ancient Biblical principle:
“And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is
true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about
things that are excellent and worthy of praise.” - Philippians 4:8 (NLT)

This step is a deep, intellectual, disciplined thinking that includes body awareness,
emotion regulation, and a sense of self that changes the brain in a positive way. It
is not the step for you to dwell on the bondage of your past.

The only way to hold on to your progress is to be aware of where you started.
Through this exercise, you become a neuroplastician with the ability to change the
way your brain is wired. The past isn’t given focus for it to have a platform over the
present, but rather to line up the effects it has on us with the Word of God.

Begin each step by praying this verse:


“God, I invite your searching gaze into my heart. Examine me through and through;
find out everything that may be hidden within me. Put me to the test and sift through
all my anxious cares.

See if there is any path of pain I’m walking on, and lead me back to your glorious,
everlasting ways—
the path that brings me back to you.” -Psalm 139:23-24 (TPT)
From here, choose what memories you will reshape and build out of the new infor-
mation coming into your mind from step one. This deep, focused reflection is likely
when you’ll have moments of great insight and excitability, and the potential for
change suggest that the deeper you think, the more change you can make.

4. REVISIT
This is the step where we evaluate where we have come from and where we are go-
ing. This is also the step where we wire in the changes we want in our lives by evaluat-
ing what we have written down in step three.

From the preceeding steps, you have brought the toxic stronghold into the conscious
mind, and it is now vulnerable to change. Each time you do this, you can choose to
change it or make it stronger. Be warned, if you don’t change it, you are strengthen-
ing it due to the protein synthesis that happens—this is the major, physical role of the
revisit step.

Each time a thought dominates your mind, you can do something about it, and now
you are equipped to handle a toxic stronghold. As we have brought certain thoughts
or events to the position for change, we can rewire our reactions. So an action that
may have previously drawn out fear can be used to retranscribe your brain to react
with faith, love, or forgiveness. This does not make the event any less traumatic, but it
highlights who your source is in facing such trauma.

5. ACTIVATE
This is the proactive punch to destroy toxic strongholds. Gone are the days of simply
reacting. This step is imperative to practice the new thought in order for it to become
automized. Each day, you will intentionally bring up your toxic strongholds for the sole
purpose of destroying them and replacing them with the truth of God’s Word, which is
done simultaneously.

Whether used to fortify healthy strongholds, establishing new ones, or even establish-
ing Christ as your new foundation, this step will create healthy wiring in your brain.
There will be a neurochemical reaction that releases neurotransmitters that are re-
sponsibile for increased focus, motivation, and mood elation.

The caveat to this step is brain integrity, which means you use words and actions to
line up the thought with beliefs and feelings. This is not a mindless quote of scripture,
but an active stepping out of agreement with the stronghold through confession and
repentance, without which there would be no true change.

This step is done through something you’ve assigned to destroy the toxic stronghold:
memorizing a relevant scripture, visualizing a wall breaking down, placing your hand
over your heart, etc. etc.

21-DAY STRONGHOLD PROCESS
To successfully break down toxic strongholds while simultaneously establishing God as
your stronghold, repeat the steps seen on page 34 for three cycles, each cycle being
21 days, taking about 7-10 minutes per daily session.

Wherever there is more thinking activity, there will be more wiring; whatever you think
most about will grow. It takes 21 days at minimum to rebuild a neural network.

At the end of the first 21-day cycle, the toxic stronghold is gone, but the new, healthy
stronghold is like a tiny plant that needs nurturing to grow. This nurturing takes place
with more thinking. Practice the new thought, or healthy stronghold, to establish it as
your new normal. If you don’t, then it’s highly probable that your mind will shift
back to regrowing the toxic stronghold.

This is why three cycles are needed; the first builds the healthy stronghold, and the
following two reinforce it. Use the progress chart below to keep track of your cycles!
