a. Does behavior always follow attitudes?

Attitudes are feelings of a person towards something - it could be


positive or negative feeling. On the other hand, behavior is a
manifestation of attitude – this is how a person reacts to a situation in a
given environment. I could say that behavior doesn’t always follow
attitude because an attitude is how you feel towards something – you
may feel insecure, mad, happy, etc. and yet, you may choose to
express it or not. You can control your behavior because it can change
depending on a given situation or scenario especially if you consider
the person’s feelings.

b. How culture affects our understanding of intellectual abilities and


biographical characteristics and learning?

Culture is set of believes, norms, and customs of a particular people or


social group. It has an impact on how people learn in their
surroundings. It greatly influences how an individual perceived things
and how he deals with it. Our culture teaches us different practices and
eventually, we deal with changes as we interact with other people.
