Hamidah Food Industry’s website systems have two different flow of process which is
from the perspective of an admin and the customers’ perspective.

Based on the figure 1.1 it shows the process of Hamidah Food Industry’s website
from the perspective of an admin. As an admin, firstly they have to login their account by
inserting the user id and password. Then, it will display the main page of the website and the
admin will receive a question whether they want to check the confirmation order. If they
choose yes, the system will display all the order received and search the selected customer’s
tracking number to update the shipment whereabouts. After that, the admin will manage the
payment by checking the customer’s status of payment. After finishing manage all the
payment, they will be asked whether to go back to the main page or else. If they choose yes,
the looping begins as usual in the beginning from the main page, if they choose no they will
be directly log out from the website. On the other hand, if the admin choose no to the
confirmation order, the website will display the inventory and check all the items in the
inventory. Then, they will have to choose whether to update the inventory or else. If they
choose yes, they have to update the inventory such as add in the new stock quantities or new
flavour of the products. If they choose no, they will be directly go to the feedback’s page and
check all the feedback received from the customers. Lastly, they will be directly log out from
the website.

Based on the figure 1.2, shows the flow process from the perspective of the
customers. Firstly, they will be asked if they have created the member account or not. If no,
they will be directly go to the sign up page and fill in the require form such as name, address,
telephone number, e-mail, username and password. If they already had a member account,
they only have to inserts their username and password only. After the log in or sign up
process, they will be directly go to the menu page. The menu contains three different
products which are Dodol, Wajik and snacks that have varieties flavour. For example, Dodol
and Wajik have strawberry, original and Durian flavours. While snacks they have banana
chips and potato chips. Dodol they have different type of packaging such as sandwich style,
mini cup and mengkuang leaves. After customer view the products, they will have to inserts
the quantities needed from the chosen products. Then, they will be asked about the
confirmation order, if they choose no they will continue order from the menu. On the other
hand, if they choose yes, the system will calculate the total price by multiplying the quantity
with the product’s price. Next, the total price will be display and the customers have two
choices to make the payment whether through online banking or use credit or debit card.
After successfully paid, the customers will received their receipt and tracking number. Then,
they will have an option to add any feedback or not, if they choose yes they can insert any
feedback and will be log out directly after the feedback section. If they choose no, they will
be log out directly from the website.
